Welcome to Jo Randall Photography! My background is biology and veterinary medicine, particularly canine reproduction, but I have always had a strong passion for photography and the outdoors. You cannot beat the palette of spectacular color, lighting effects, and interesting subject matter that Mother Nature offers.
There are many diverse pictures in the portfolio gallery. Wildlife of all kinds is my primary area of interest. I like photographing people, but prefer to catch the real essence of the person in candid shots rather than posed portrait sittings done in a studio.
Head on over to the portfolio gallery and please feel free to contact me for photography work! I am located in Northern Illinois but do enjoy traveling to different areas, meeting new people and unique photography challenges!

Current Projects
I am currently preparing to move into a shared studio space (with Chops Photography) at the Starline Factory in Harvard. The Starline Factory offers the Starline 4th Friday Art Event, which is a monthly juried art show open to the public. It is a great evening with three stages of live music, hors d'oeuvres, cash bars, open artist studios, and many forms of artwork (photography, painting, etc.)
